My name is Darma Yuda Prasono, an active student in the D4 Multimedia Engineering program at Politeknik Negeri Batam. I am currently in the graduation process and awaiting the official commencement ceremony. I am highly motivated, quick to adapt, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team envi ronment. I completed a 9-month internship as an HR staff member at PT WIK Far East Batam, where I gained a solid understanding of various HR functions, especially in the recruitment process—from selection and interviews to hiring and induction training. I also supported employee training initiatives and was involved in organizing learning materials and documentation. In addition, I am proficient in various digital and multimedia tools, includ ing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva. an organization.
