I am a Bachelor of Constitutional Law graduate from Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University, Riau. I have a strong career interest in the HSE field and am committed to continuing to develop, make positive contributions, and be part of a team that upholds zero accidents in the workplace. For me, occupational safety is not just a rule, but a commitment to protecting everyone involved in the work environment. With one year of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), I have been involved in drafting various important documents such as JSA and HIRADC, as well as supporting the effective implementation of safety standards in the field. I am known as a communicative individual, able to lead teams with a positive approach, and deeply concerned about employee well-being. I approach every task with the principle: prevention is better than cure, both in the context of safety and workplace relations.
